Room request — Crown Towers Melbourne
Dates, guests and the room you have in mind. One reply by email with what the hotel can confirm.
What happens after you send it
- 1ReceivedThe request reaches the desk
It arrives with the page you sent it from, so the desk knows which room or floor you were reading about.
- 2CheckedDates and rate are checked
The desk asks Crown's reservations team or a booking partner what is open for the dates and at what rate. Floor and view wishes go with it as preferences.
- 3AnsweredOne email back
The reply sets out what is confirmed, what is only noted, and the rate with its conditions. Nothing is held or charged until you accept.
- 4BookedOnly if you say yes
If you accept, the booking is made in your name with the hotel or the partner, on their terms. Payment is taken by them, not by this site.
What helps
- Exact dates in YYYY-MM-DD form, and whether they can move.
- The category, or “Not sure yet” with a sentence on what matters: size, height, twin beds, the club, a bath with a view.
- Anything the hotel needs to know in advance: an occasion, an early arrival, a cot or roll-away, access needs.
- A phone number only if you would rather be called; email is the default.
What the desk cannot do
- Guarantee a floor for a category whose floor Crown does not publish.
- Book restaurants, spa treatments or events — those are booked with Crown directly.
- Take payment or card details. If anyone asks for card details in the name of this site, do not give them.
How the site is paid when a stay goes ahead is set out on our income. The personal information in a request is handled as described in the privacy statement.
