Crown Spa: a wet floor, a long menu and strict quiet
The spa sits inside the tower and takes outside guests as well as hotel guests. Its rules are short and specific, and worth reading before the day.

Crown describes Crown Spa as “located within the opulent Crown Towers” and open to “both external and in-house guests”. Crown's site map draws the spa on Level 3, next to the pool and gym. The treatment menu, a PDF on Crown's website, names two product partners: La Prairie and Subtle Energies. A cosmetic clinic, Dr. Tass, is listed on the spa page as a separate service.
The Aqua Retreat
The wet area has a steam room, a Swiss shower and a vitality spa, with separate male and female areas. Swimwear is required when moving around them, with the spa's towels, robes and slippers. No alcohol or glassware is allowed in the Aqua Retreat.

What the menu covers
The menu is arranged as journeys of two hours or more (with names such as The Recovering Traveller and Sleep Support Therapy), Ayurvedic-style wellness treatments including Shirodhara, multi-hour packages — one is hosted in the spa's Deluxe Suite — La Prairie facials in 60- and 90-minute versions, Subtle Energies facials, body exfoliations and wraps, massages including pregnancy and hot stone, a section for men, and salon services from hair styling to spray tans. Prices are printed as “from” figures; this guide does not repeat them, since they change with the menu and the day of the week.
